I am originally from McLean, Virginia and would like to either return to the Northern Virginia area after graduation to work and live or relocate to Frederick, Maryland. I started visiting Frederick last March and have absolutely fallen in love with that city because of its trendy vibe mixed into an old downtown city.

I also enjoy spending time at my family's beach homes in Myrtle Beach, SC and Ocean City, MD and our bay house off of the Chesapeake Bay.  I love being by the water whether it involves relaxing on the shore, sailing, speed boating, or jet skiing. I used to do a lot of horseback riding but I haven't been able to do it as much since I've been at college. I hope to get back into it some day.

I think it is important to be a well-rounded person and my experience at Radford University has greatly facilitated my becoming of one. Juggling school work and commitments with the organizations with which I am involved has improved my time management. I make sure that in addition to working hard, I make time to take care of myself by cooking healthy meals and going to the gym. I also make sure that I have a good time by doing a lot of things with my friends!

As this online portfolio demonstrates, I have knowledge and experience in the fields of marketing, public relations, and some design. I understand the need to provide whoever it is that I am working for with creative and effective communication/promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies. I have the ability to produce quality publications, conduct research, think "outside the box," and interact professionally with coworkers, clients, and their stakeholders.

I am experienced in many Microsoft Office applications as well as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator and I have a low proficiency in Spanish and French.

I am detail oriented, flexible, easy to get along with, responsible, organized, and have excellent work ethic. I believe in having a positive outlook on all aspects of my life and many people who know me would say that my personality is second to none.
